Is this hat a limited release?

Yes. Our first-ever Going hat is a limited-edition drop — only 150 units available. Once it's sold out, it's gone for good.

Who handles shipping and fulfillment?

All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our third-party partner, Printful. They handle the production, packaging, and delivery of your order.

When will my order ship?

Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 5–7 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Printful offers international shipping. Rates and delivery times vary by country and will be shown at checkout.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact Printful Support within 7 days and they’ll help resolve it.

Where do the proceeds go?

100% of profits from our limited-edition hat drop go directly to the Going Abroad Scholarship, helping students experience the life-changing impact of travel.
