By placing an order through the Going Gear shop, you agree to the following terms:
1. Third-Party Fulfillment
All products are made-to-order and fulfilled by a third-party vendor. Going is not responsible for delays, production errors, or shipping issues caused by the fulfillment provider. For more, see our vendor’s return policy.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Orders typically ship within 5-10 business days after being placed. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. Once an item ships, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
3. Returns & Exchanges
As all items are made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind reasons. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact our vendor within 7 days of receiving your order and they’ll help resolve the issue.
4. Limited-Edition Products
Some items (like our limited-edition hat) are only available in small quantities and may not be restocked. All sales on these items are final.

All product designs, images, and written content on this site are the intellectual property of Going and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without permission.
